OUR HISTORY
Since 1990s, Our founder, Oneten, was fascinated by military surplus. Initially, he started up an surplus store with his wife in his hometown, Hong Kong. Later, he found that people living in city can hardly use a military-spec backpack in their daily life. Therefore, he designed and reformed those classic military bags into a new brand, Top Gear ®, with high-quality army-used fabric. With well balancing in high-quality and reasonable price, Top Gear ® becomes one of the most professional and reliable tactical and outdoor surplus brand in Hong Kong nowadays.
